Anti-yellowing and Water Boiling Resistance Polyester Resin NH9362 in Low Curing for Super Durable Powder Coating
◇ Applications:
Different types of saturated polyester resins with different properties can be synthesized by using different polyacids and polyols, which are mainly used in the manufacture of thermosetting powder coatings. The powder coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.
NH-9362 is a carboxyl polyester resin with super durable polyester/TGIC powder coating system.
